The Role

Magma is a sales driven organization and the sales team enables us to reach hundreds of thousands of teachers and students on a daily basis. As Account Executive Sweden you will be working in an ambitious team that’s constantly pushing for growth and to reach new customers. You will be a central part in the Swedish team hitting targets and play a key role in developing new standards for how to conduct sales in the Nordics.

You will be pursuing your own deals, and be responsible for reaching out to decision makers from day one. You will be working closely with the rest of the team, and helping each other out to reach targets.

You will be driving deals from the very first contact, to signed contracts and will be responsible for the negotiation along the way. You will also be working along the broader Magma team and impact how the platform and company develops. Finally you will have the opportunity to grow into new markets that we have yet to launch.

To succeed in the role you need to:

  • Be very ambitious and like chasing challenging targets
  • Like doing business and interacting with decision makers
  • Be a confident and trustworthy person towards senior decision makers as well as teachers and pedagogical staff
  • Be sociable and enjoy trade shows and networking events
  • Be a reliable team player, who can assist the other team members in closing deals. You’ll be supporting the whole team in driving the sales pipe forward as well as driving your own deals

Requirements

  • Experience working with Sales
    • Experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS is a strong plus
  • A track record of closing deals, hitting sales targets and interacting with senior leadership
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field is a strong plus
