The Role

The Product and Tech team at Magma is divided into three core experiences (Teacher, Student and District). With a growing tech team and user base we are now hiring our first Product Analyst to support these experiences.

As Product analyst you will be working closely with one of our Product Managers to plan and drive product development of new features within one of our core experiences. You will own product development projects for user facing experiences as well as for internal tools. You will also be responsible for structuring and analysing our user feedback and usage data. Conducting quantitative as well as qualitative testing, including formulating hypotheses, designing experiments and interpreting results so the team can take informed and data driven decisions.

This is a perfect opportunity to kickstart your career within product development whether you are fresh from University or have a couple of years of experience. You will have every opportunity to expand responsibilities and grow with the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree within Engineering, Science or relevant work experience 
• A solid analytical and technical foundation
• Experience working with Product Development is a strong plus
• Excited about working with a team, in office, and not remotely
• A passion for tech and digital products
